Zynga Founder To Be Replaced By Microsoft's Xbox Chief As CEO

Mark Pincus, founder of Zynga, the struggling online games company, is stepping down as chief executive officer, the company said on Monday.

Pincus will be replaced by Don Mattrick, the current head of Microsoft's Xbox division. He will remain as chairman of the company and chief product officer.
